«The ARC is responsible
for the annual EMUI_ EuroMed University Academic Research Planning. This
includes specific postgraduate courses, or joint programmes with other
Universities represented on the ARC. If necessary, the Direction Council will
approve the proposal following a binding report from the Social
Council. These postgraduate programmes must be officially
recognised by the academic and political authorities in the State of the
partner institution» (Statutes & Regulations, § 1.2 )
